Novaryq — one platform runs the whole restaurant, front counter to back office
Novaryq is the all-in-one restaurant operating system for North American food & beverage. Point of sale, integrated payments, kitchen display, online ordering, delivery dispatch, loyalty, marketing, inventory, staff and accounting — 70+ tools that work together in a single platform, so your core operations share one menu, one order queue and one set of reports instead of living in disconnected tools. One login, one bill for every location and every brand you run.
Most restaurants stitch together a POS, a separate online-ordering tool, a loyalty app, a delivery integration and a spreadsheet or two. Every seam is a place data gets lost and time gets wasted. Novaryq replaces that patchwork with one connected system: an order taken at the counter, on your website, at a kiosk or through a delivery app all flows into the same queue, the same kitchen display and the same reporting — automatically.
Everything your restaurant runs on, in one platform
- Point of Sale — offline-first order entry, floor maps, coursing, split checks and tips, in the browser or on the native Android terminal app. Cash orders keep ringing offline in an encrypted on-device queue; card payments resume on reconnect.
- Online ordering — a branded, commission-free storefront per location for pickup, delivery and dine-in, so you keep 100% of every order and own the guest relationship.
- Kitchen Display System — live tickets, age timers, station routing, all-day counts and tap-to-bump across every order channel on one screen.
- Integrated payments — online and in-person card payments through Helcim with tipping, refunds and daily settlement reconciliation against the processor; card data is tokenized and PCI-handled.
- Delivery — direct online ordering with courier-dispatch tools and one unified order queue; DoorDash, Uber Eats and Skip marketplace integrations are in progress.
- Loyalty, gift cards and referrals that follow the guest across every surface, online and in person.
- Marketing & campaigns — guest segments, journeys, promotions and review requests built on your own first-party data.
- Inventory, recipes and procurement with ingredient-level depletion, 86-ing, par levels and vendor orders tied straight to the menu — plus physical stock counts that reconcile the books to reality, and replenishment suggestions that account for what is already on order.
- Catering & events — book events on a deposit-then-balance rhythm with a locked-headcount kitchen handoff, on the same menu, order queue and reporting as daily service (Growth plans and up).
- Device fleet management — enroll, monitor and manage every terminal and kiosk from HQ, with kiosk lockdown and over-the-air app updates.
- Staff scheduling, time tracking, labor and payroll preparation (records and export-ready data) in the same system as sales.
- Finance — daily sales, general ledger, AP invoices and reconciliation.
- Multi-location central management, brands and franchise control from a single console.
Commission-free online ordering
Third-party delivery apps can take 20–30% of every order and keep your customer data. Novaryq gives each location its own branded, mobile-first storefront for commission-free online ordering — pickup, delivery and dine-in. Orders flow straight to your POS and kitchen with no re-keying, and every order builds the guest list you own and can market to. Marketplace integrations for DoorDash, Uber Eats and Skip are in progress, so direct and third-party orders can land in one queue as they roll out.
